October:
Central vs Peripheral Vision Pilot Study Begins – We commenced a pilot study to explore how artists might perceive things differently when constrained to only central or peripheral vision. This pilot was launched gain insight into the relevant factors at play.

Publication Submitted: "Lighting: Its Influence on Drawing Strategies" – A manuscript, drafted from the results of the 2012 Lighting Study, was submitted to Art Education.
November:
Drawing Lab Moved – Research moves from NSCAD to Dal during period when space no longer made available to us at NSCAD.
