A challenging year where protocol pertaining to Lab access during Covid 19 required that in-Lab studies be placed on hold and Lab discussions were all conducted remotely.

Research assistant Mara So submitted her honours thesis,  'Seeing, Drawing, Describing' based on research she conducted during the Big Draw.

Manuscript 'How Do I Know What I See Until I Hear What I Say' is under review at the International Journal of Art and Design Education;


To erase or not to erase, that is not the question: Drawing from observation in an analogue or digital environment. John Christie, Mathew Reichertz, Bryan Maycock, Raymond M Klein. Accepted for publication in Art, Design & Communication in Higher Education Volume 19 Number 2 LINK 

Insight Grant application submitted to SSHRC. Dr. Tim Fedak (Curator of Geology at the Nova Scotia Museum), joins the team as a collaborator/applicant.
